MARKETS
MARKET ON MAIN
Market on Main is held in Downtown Mesa as a block party style evening market typically from 1pm-8pm. Macdonald is closed off between Main Street and Pepper. In the past we’ve had anywhere from 80-120 vendors, multiple food trucks and 10+ live bands during a market. Market on Main started post pandemic in the hopes to replace a pervious market/art walk put on by the Art Emporium which closed just prior to the pandemic.

After opening Gift & Thrift in downtown Mesa, we saw a need for an evening art/music market filled with local talent. In the last year we’ve had eight markets. On average each market has 1,500 to 3,000 people in attendance. We’re most proud of our June 2022 Market on Main Pride event. The Pride market was the first of its kind and the first Pride event in downtown Mesa with over 3,000 people celebrating together for Pride month.

Vending basics: Setup is allowed 3 hours prior to start time. The event is outdoors. Vendor fees only cover the space. Tents, tables, chairs, etc. are not provided. We recommend bringing batter or solar powered lights, electricity is not available.
To sign up for a market simply click on the flyer of the market you are interested in and then select the size/type of setup you need. If you’re an artist and experiencing any financial hardship or you want to learn more about how to get into vending at market, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help as best we can.
