About the event
We've been granted access to the amazing church at 400 N Pima Rd. in Mesa AZ. The church is one of the first black churches in Mesa during the time of segragtion. The congregation gathered there for well over a hundred years and out grew the space. Since then it has been leased to different churches and organizations. At this time it is empty and we've decided to use that opportunity to rent is as a supply drop off and indoor market. We know artsists are struggling to find indoor events with this record breaking heat and we all know and see the impac this heat is having on our unhoused family and friends.Â
We hope to see you July 29th and 30th. Please feel free to bring any of the items you see on the list that you might have just laying around. These items do not need to be brand new. Unsheltered Phoenix, just asks that the items are clean. During your drop off you can browse some local vendors, grab a bit to eat and lisent to some local tunes. Be safe and stay hydrated.
